Butterfly and Dragonfly--two of my favorite images are on the painting, floating airily over the bright colors. The golden squares and spiral complement the design of the work. It is framed in a black and gold floater frame that complements it perfectly. 30"x24" Acrylic on Canvas Original Available/Prints Available in Multiple Sizes. Click HERE for pricing. This female shaman is pregnant with the Seed of Life from Sacred Geometry. She is surrounded with meaningful symbols. She is based on a petroglyph found in California, and looks as though she has been painted on leather.

I'm experimenting in a relatively new media for me. I do use some charcoal during the process, so when the work is dry, I spray the painting with both a Fixative and UV protective spray. The work is then mounted onto 1.5" deep wood cradles with the sides painted black. When thoroughly dry, an archival coat of acrylic varnish follows. Unlike traditional watercolor works, this presentation does not require framing under glass. The wood cradle is wired on the back and ready to hang.
This painting is on 140# WC Paper- 12" x 9"

FRESH OFF THE EASEL.. The gold mother lode offsets the rusted cruciform on the blue and green patinas with descending squares, spiral and triskelion on the sides. It is framed in a walnut and gold floater frame that offsets it perfectly.
This piece is painted with metal acrylic and patina, embellished with fine line work and pastels on canvas. It has a great deal of texture, and is an impressive piece of work. It is framed in a walnut with gold floater frame.
Expressive figure in watercolor. The artwork has been affixed to a 1.5 deep wood panel with the sides painted black. It is coated with UV protective varnish and sealed so the work does not need to be framed under glass. It is wired on the back and arrives, "ready to hang".
This is one of those times when I feel like this one is finished, even tho it is a very minimal work. Acrylic, charcoal, collage
Artwork is on paper that has been bonded to a wood cradle with sides painted black. This piece began with a charcoal sketch, acrylic glazes and textural collage patches added. it is wired on the back ready to hang.
Composition was inspired by a charcoal sketch done in a life drawing workshop. It’s interesting to see the way light plays around the human form and I try to capture this in my work. This work is on Gallery Wrap Canvas with sides painted, so you won’t need to frame it. Wired on back, ready to hang.
I'm always challenged by watercolors. When I first started painting, it was in oil, then later Acrylics. Getting my head (and paint bushes) around controlling color and values is so different from working with opaque paints. But here goes. This portrait is on 140# paper and I plan to seal the painting and coat with UV protective varnish so that it can be affixed to a wood paned with no framing required.
