As I plod up and down the soft loose ground,

the design of a sea bird

and the "mod" 60's colors of pinks and oranges.

This was the last painting I did in Florida,

but I brought home lots of photos

for references for more paintings.

Traveling all day yesterday home from FL,

Another sea gull in contemporary Florida colors.

I'm back in the desert, happy to be with my family,

my dogs, and my home.
