Original Contemporary Abstract Painting "Flutter and Fly" by Contemporary Arizona Artist Pat Stacy

Butterfly and Dragonfly--two of my favorite images are on the painting, floating airily over the bright colors. The golden squares and spiral complement the design of the work. It is framed in a black and gold floater frame that complements it perfectly.

Contemporary Southwest Art, Abstract Mixed Media Painting, Patinas "Mountain" by Arizona Contemporary Artist Pat Stacy

I love the contrasts, textures, and colors of this contemporary Mountain. It also looks great horizontally, and I have gently signed it both ways. The painting is done over texture with an acrylic paint that has a great deal of metal in it. It is then treated with patina to change the metal color, and enhanced with pastels. Framed in a gold and black float frame.

Original Contemporary Abstract Mystical Figure,Hearts Mixed Media Painting "VENUES MYSTIQUE" by Contemporary Arizona Artist Pat Stacy

One of the Mystique series, this painting has the hearts, descending foiled squares, deep burnt orange, and golds. The hearts float lazily in the ethers, keeping company with hazy planets as the Entity looks on. There are 2 dragonflies, a butterfly, and several hearts that are hidden in the painting to add to the fun. It is a happy, fun painting suitable for a large space in today's homes or offices. The painting is well finished with 2.5 " sides, no need to frame.

A larger Quadruvium with deep red accented by turquoise and coppers. Small petroglyph style images decorate the face of the painting. In addition to Native American images, a Seed of Life from Sacred Geometry can be seen as well as triskelion similar to those on the rock in Ireland.
