Somewhere in Oregon, Abstract Seascape Paintings by Amy Whitehouse

11" x 14" Oil, $225

This abstract seascape was inspired by a photograph I saw on facebook.

It could, of course, be anywhere;

water is soothing, period.

 11" x 14" Oil on Canvas

In this painting I tried to have focus on the little girl by

painting her in detail and full view, while painting her

father a little more abstract, even letting some of the canvas

show through.  The face on the little girl is very expressive.
